Era el dios de todos los dioses.Estaba casado con Hera.tuvieron un hijo llamado Hercules .Le gustaban mucho las mujeres y se enamoraba de todas, y para conseguirlas se transformaba en un animal para poder tocarlas.Algunas de las bellas mujeres que conquistó Zeus eran Europa y Leda.
Junto a Leda tuvo cuatro hijos salidos de dos huevos.
